A coaching program that does exactly that... 'Coaches'. We look at mindset, behaviour change and habits to help you lose weight, look and feel athletic, feel better about yourself with higher confidence. Be proud of how you look when you walk down the beach and in those every day situations.
A minimum commitment of 6 months training. This is our most popular and cost effective package. For most people 6 months is the time frame needed to see significant changes in their body. In addition to this, my coaching program will help you learn and master the skills you need to train autonomously and effectively.
A minimum commitment of 3 months. If you don't want to commit to a longer term program and want help getting started for the first few months then this could be the program for you. If you purchase the 3 month agreement and decide you want to stay for the six the overall cost will be reduced to the 6 month plan.
A face to face PT program with all the same benefits of the online program with one major difference… You'll have me there with you by your side providing the session by session structure, guidance and coaching. All my face to face programs are a minimum commitment of 6 months as this is what is needed to realise significant positive changes.
For those of you that can only commit to one session a week this is the perfect starting point for your journey.
x2 sessions per week is the minimum number of sessions I would recommend to have with me per week. By doing this we can re-enforce what we learnt session on session without as much time to de-train and forget important skills.
x3 sessions with me per week is usually the sweet spot for most people giving them enough face to face time to maximise learning and ensure positive outcomes.
Our most cost effective in person package, for those of you who are really on it and want me there to enhance every session your completing to really fast track your progress.
I would only recommend this if you have a short term goal or would like to trial a few sessions before you commit to a longer term program.
