The truth is there are benefits and drawbacks to both and there is no superior method to get the weight loss or body transformation your after, it is very much an individualised preference and its part of my job to help you understand which method would be best for you.

Online Coaching Body Transformation
I'm a huge fan of online coaching and personal training and the opportunities it can open up for clients. However, I do concede there are certain things that you cant beat with a face to face Personal Trainer. You can learn a hell of a lot from videos, Zoom calls and demonstrations but being there in person picking up on small cues and having the coaches eye will generally be more effective.
Building a rapport with someone is essential to maximise their performance and the outcome of the result. This of course can still be done through phone calls and Video calls but will be always be easier face to face due to the ease of picking up on facial expressions, hearing more clearly and having more context in conversation.
Some clients require a higher level of coaching and being there to answer questions straight away rather than retrospectively will be of benefit to some.
And finally...Motivation. This again doesn't apply to everyone and can absolutely still be done from an online perspective. With that said there's nothing quite like struggling on those final few reps or during that last minute and having a coach there to provide the push and inspiration you need to finish strong and make you feel very good about yourself. Sometimes that's the difference between a mediocre body transformation and a great one.
